CIPM Introduces New Executive Training ProgrammesPosted: 12 years ago |
The Chartered Institute Of Personnel Management Of Nigeria (CIPM) has announced the introduction of new executive programmes. According to the Head of Learning and Development, Titi Ashiru, MCIPM, the newly introduced executive programmes/trainings are aimed at delivering insightful experiences and practical hands on strategy for achieving tangible business results; a recognition of the strategic position of sound and well-rounded leaders and its impact in any organization. Mrs. Ashiru affirmed that the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM), being mindful of the HR Challenge in the new world of work and going by the ever changing dynamics of today’s business, realize the need for leaders to understand and interpret content outside-in & inside-out. According to her, CIPM believes that “if the world has changed, there is a need to do things differently”. The faculty for the Strategy Formulation and Execution for Executives training includes Ayodele Jaiyesinmi - Former Head, Human Capital, First Bank Nig. Plc, Adewale Jones – Former HR Director, LM Ericsson and Mavi Isibor – MD/CEO, Poise Global while the Problem Solving and Decision Making for Senior Executives training has Segun Mojeed – Former Head, Learning & Development, Airtel Nigeria & MD, Bezaleel Consulting in its faculty.
